This is a contractor (PJ) position with hybrid work in Florianópolis and daily English communication.
What kind of professional we are looking forWe are seeking a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about Hiring, talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. You thrive in dynamic environments, are detail-oriented, and take ownership to solve problems with autonomy. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in HR and operations. You will be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback.
Responsibilities include aligning with business needs, potentially communicating directly with clients, and supporting hiring and administrative workflows.
Responsibilities- Support hiring and talent hunting activities and basic people operations tasks
- Assist with administrative processes and coordination within a dynamic environment
- Communicate with team members and clients as needed to align on business needs
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Maintain attention to detail and handle tasks with autonomy and responsibility
Hybrid role based in Florianópolis, Brazil. Daily English communication is required.
Must-haves- English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Living in Florianópolis – SC
- Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks
- Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets
- Experience in fast-paced environments or startups
- International experience
- Undergraduate degree
