- Manage payor enrollment for federal, state, and commercial health plans
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of credentialing applications and follow-ups with health plans
- Communicate with practitioners and internal stakeholders regarding enrollment processes and requirements
- Maintain comprehensive and organized credentialing data in software systems
- Produce and distribute status reports on credentialing and enrollment progress
- Bachelor\'s Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in credentialing or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and credentialing systems
- Expertise in Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payor credentialing requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with telehealth payor requirements
- Experience in roles such as Provider Enrollment Specialist or Credentialing Specialist
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of primary source verifications and medical licensing processes
