Operations Assistant

• Support the coordination of daily shore-based operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and maritime regulations.
• Monitor vessel movements and support port operations.
• Assist with cargo logistics and operational activities.
• Control, organize, and maintain operational documents, records, and information.
• Prepare and publish vessels’ coastal schedules.
• Receive, monitor, and verify vessel supply requests.
• Coordinate all logistics related to fuel (bunker) deliveries and other supplies required by the vessels.
• Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in the operation, including port sub-agents, terminals, and vessels.
• Follow up on operational demands and contribute to the achievement of operational targets and performance objectives.
• Identify, monitor, and resolve operational issues in an agile and proactive manner.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication among all stakeholders to support operational continuity and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related fields;
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Advanced English
