As Tech Lead, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of innovation, automation, and continuous improvement within the team. You will design, analyze, and define the architecture and topology for new systems and their evolutions, participate in defining functionalities, and develop project scopes. You will also work directly with pre-sales requests from clients. Define standards, frameworks, tools, and methodologies to be used for development, ensuring that architectural proposals adhere to technological innovations and the company's scalability needs.

Main Activities
  • Contribute to defining the company's technological strategy by exploring new technologies and tools.
  • Analyze and understand system and application requirements based on defined needs.
  • Participate in project scope development, defining architecture standards and creating application diagrams.
  • Create system topology, mapping non-functional requirements for proper application development.
  • Develop architectural artifacts, establishing guidelines for project implementation and ensuring clarity among team members.
  • Ensure delivered systems are consistent and adhere to the agreed architecture, maintaining quality and meeting requirements.
  • Contribute to developing new concepts and improving existing techniques to keep the company updated with current technologies.
  • Guide design principles, advise teams on best practices, and standards to achieve technical excellence.
  • Disseminate knowledge within the systems team on relevant topics.
  • Promote studies and present new alternatives to improve performance.
  • Stay updated on new technologies and market trends, proposing process improvements.
  • Work with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) for project planning, tracking, and updates.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Requirements
  • Degree in IT, Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as Tech Lead, Software Architect, or similar in medium/large development teams.
  • Experience in solution architecture and pre-sales in IT companies.
  • Technologies: .NET Framework (C#: Webforms, WCF, Entity Framework, WebAPI), .NET Core (C#: ASP NET CORE, WebApi), SOA, MSA, DDD, MVC, Containers (Kubernetes, Docker), CI/CD, SQL Server, API Gateway (Azure API Management), EAI Middleware, Cloud (Azure, AWS), Git.
Desirable
  • Knowledge of SAP BTP.
  • Advanced English and intermediate Spanish.
