Language Requirement: Portuguese required. English and Spanish preferred.

General Description:Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Key Account Manager will disseminate information about BeiGene products and services for cancer patients to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and stakeholders in the onco-hematology market, driving commercial negotiations. They will support HCPs in prescribing BeiGene's products and aim to meet territory-specific business goals.
The ideal candidate will have a solution-oriented mindset and a patient-centric approach, capable of increasing engagement by adapting channels, focus, and behavior to customer needs. They should possess strong scientific knowledge and account-based selling skills.
Essential Functions:- Develop and execute local territory plans with support from cross-functional teams to drive sales.
- Build relationships with HCPs through interactions to understand their needs.
- Promote BeiGene's products via value-added interactions.
- Achieve sales and business goals for the territory.
- Implement sales strategies aligned with marketing plans.
- Collaborate with Market Access team to align commercial strategies with customer needs.
- Maintain and update CRM system accurately.
- Organize scientific events for HCPs in line with company policies.
- Use data analytics to prioritize customer engagements.
- Adjust engagement styles based on customer preferences and behaviors.
- Complete administrative functions, including customer engagement records in CRM.
- Operate in accordance with BeiGene's standards and local laws.
- Embrace innovative approaches to achieve objectives.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to foster a positive culture.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; over 5 years in similar roles, with specific experience in Onco-Hematology sales.
Other Experience:Passion for pharma sales, patient-centric approach, strong sales skills, adaptability, data analysis ability, results-oriented, resilient, scientific communication skills, and self-motivation.

Travel:Availability to travel
Computer Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
