1. Key Account Development and Management

- Responsible for the development, negotiation, and long-term relationship maintenance of strategic key accounts in the Brazilian market (such as Magazineluiza, Fast Shop, CASAS BAHIA, etc.).

- Develop sales strategies for key accounts to ensure efficient matching of customer needs with company resources.

- Regularly visit key customers, establish high-level cooperative relationships, and enhance customer loyalty.

2. Achievement of Sales Targets

- Fulfill the sales targets set by the company for the Brazilian market (such as annual revenue, profit, market share, etc.).

- Analyze customer business needs, provide customized solutions, and facilitate contract signing and order fulfillment.

3. Market and Competitor Analysis

- Research market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes in Brazil, and adjust customer strategies in a timely manner.

- Collect customer feedback and competitor information to provide suggestions for product optimization or market strategies.

4. Data and Reporting

- Regularly submit sales forecasts, customer analysis reports, and market insights.

- Use CRM systems (such as Salesforce) to manage customer information and sales processes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in International Trade, Marketing, Business Management or related fields;

2. Experience Requirements:

3. Familiar with the KA channels in Brazil, with over 3 years of KA management experience preferred, and successful cases in the Brazilian market preferred;

4. Excellent negotiation skills, customer relationship management skills and business development capabilities;

5. Proficient in using data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) and CRM systems;

6. Fluent in English (essential), and proficient in Portuguese (strongly preferred).
