Microsoft 365 tenant to Tenant Migration Engineer

We are supporting a major international client who is undertaking a large Microsoft 365 Tenant‑to‑Tenant migration and are looking for an experienced Migration Engineer to join the project on a full‑time contract basis.

This role is fully onsite in Rio de Janeiro for the duration of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a large Microsoft 365 Tenant‑to‑Tenant migration
• Contribute to migration planning, technical execution, and delivery
• Work with Entra ID and Entra Connect throughout the migration lifecycle
• Manage stakeholders and maintain strong customer communication
• Support post‑migration activities, cutover, and stabilisation
• Use PowerShell for automation and migration tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in Microsoft 365 Tenant‑to‑Tenant migrations
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID and Entra Connect
• PowerShell scripting capability
• Microsoft 365 certification (preferred)
• Fluent English and Portuguese
• Ability to work onsite in Rio de Janeiro for the full contract period
• Available for immediate interview and start
