• Attend to users by telephone, e-mail or open tickets in the tools used by the company.
• Analyze incidents/problems in depth, with the aim of finding the root cause and definitive solution
• Consult technical documentation and alternative sources of information, simulating/testing problems in the environment
• Prepare program content and teaching material and pass on knowledge to other team members
• Be responsible for or support the management of service levels agreed with clients

• 3 years\' experience in technical customer support
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related areas.
• Intermediate knowledge of databases
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and network concepts
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage them
• Intermediate knowledge of programming logic (Ability to interpret developed code)
