Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Sustainment Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for attending to users by telephone, email or open tickets in the tools used by the company. You will also analyze incidents/problems in depth, with the aim of finding the root cause and definitive solution.

Your responsibilities will include consulting technical documentation and alternative sources of information, simulating/testing problems in the environment. Additionally, you will prepare program content and teaching material and pass on knowledge to other team members.

You will be responsible for or support the management of service levels agreed with clients. This will involve prioritizing tasks and self-managing your workload to meet deadlines and deliver results.

Requirements
  • 3 years' experience in technical customer support
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related areas.
  • Intermediate knowledge of databases
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and network concepts
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage them
  • Intermediate knowledge of programming logic (Ability to interpret developed code)
