This position will charge the Project Management Consultant role in PMO function to take care of the operations and performance of the projects in the assigned region/s.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Basic Guidance and make project transparence
- Project PDSP and delivery and quality target tailor, Provide project guidance for each milestone and activities
- Provide project management consulting, Support on issue/risk identification, and follow up project management related issues
- Familiar with effort estimation methodology and development engineering process, control risk during presales stage and conduct contract review
- Figure out overall picture of project, Monitoring contract status, scope, timeline, progress, quality and client satisfaction
- Coordinate resources across project team
- Conduct Milestone deliverable and Quality review
- Familiar Project Financial forecast and P&L variance analysis
- Coordinate Monthly report and Gate review report
Responsible for the key issue resolution and escalation
- Identify issue/risk and collect information for RCA
- Communication with related stakeholder to confirm the issues
- Discuss and balance the issues and generate the options
- Provide the resolution options and mitigation plan to senior manager make decision
- Push to get the conclusion and follow up the result
- Coordinate business among whole organization
- Overall Cost and Resource control (HC approval)
- Identify the owner and verify owner's qualification
- Annual Budget and Quality Target follow up
Accountable for the overall Financial and business direction achievement
- Familiar with cloud business and cloud technology
- Support presales and conduct Bid review, Guide new sales direction
- Key variance and activity follow up (which has big impact compare with the target)
- Coordinate and influence Segment head and RBU head for problem solving
- Bachelor degree or above;
- At least 10 years' experience in software industry with no less 5-8 years PM experience;
- Has knowledge and cloud tech. stack (K8S, DevOps, Microservice, security, performance, etc.)
- Has working experience in global IT or consulting companies;
- CMMI, PMP, ITIL knowledge was Preferred
- Insurance industry knowledge is preferred
- Good command English in both writing and speaking.

Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Representative to lead our growth strategy in Brazil. Based in São Paulo, this role will focus on promoting our corporate, fiduciary, and estate planning services to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, legal and financial advisors, and wealth management firms.
The Representative will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships, conducting inside sales, and coordinating with our international corporate services teams to drive growth. Acting as a trusted ambassador of the firm, this role requires a strong ability to identify business opportunities, translate client needs into innovative solutions, and represent our values of integrity, efficiency, and excellence in every interaction.This position is a key opportunity to contribute to the global expansion of a prestigious firm and strengthen our presence in one of our most strategic markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a tailored business development strategy to expand our client base in Brazil, with an emphasis on corporate, trust, and estate planning services.
- Identify and nurture opportunities through research, referrals, networking, and participation in industry events.
- Build strong relationships with law firms, family offices, wealth managers, and international advisors.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while re-engaging former ones.
- Represent the firm at key meetings and events in Brazil, positioning us as a trusted partner and enhance the firm's brand presence in the market by promoting thought leadership and participating in initiatives aligned with our global vision
- Coordinate marketing and outreach efforts aligned with global business development goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues across jurisdictions to cross-sell services and maximize client opportunities, acting as a cultural bridge, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across diverse jurisdictions and client profiles.
- Leverage the firm's digital tools and analytics to manage pipelines, track sales activity, maintain accurate client records, and generate insights that enhance efficiency and client engagement.
- Stay updated on compliance requirements and evolving client needs in offshore structuring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in business development or client-facing roles within a law firm, fiduciary, or corporate services provider.
- Strong knowledge of offshore company structures, trusts, foundations, and estate planning solutions.
- Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into long-term business.
- Native Portuguese and fluent English required; Spanish is an asset.
- Independent, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Previous experience in legal or financial services firms is a plus.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to representing the firm with professionalism and integrity.
