What You Will Do
As a Consultant in Solution Design, you will independently manage standard Solution Design opportunities from discovery through solution positioning and demonstration. You will lead structured discovery sessions, translate validated business requirements into a coherent solution approach, and deliver tailored demonstrations that connect product capabilities to customer priorities and expected business outcomes. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Technical, Integration, and other subject-matter experts to validate solution components while maintaining alignment across discovery findings, proposed capabilities, demonstrations, RFP responses, and proposal content.
- Lead structured discovery sessions for standard opportunities.
- Identify business drivers, process requirements, stakeholders, systems, constraints, and success criteria.
- Prioritize requirements and distinguish core business needs from secondary requests or preferences.
- Document assumptions, information gaps, dependencies, risks, and open items.
- Translate validated business requirements into a coherent Solution Design approach.
- Map customer needs and procurement processes to relevant product capabilities.
- Coordinate routine functional and technical validation with Product, Technical, Integration, or other specialist teams when required.
- Recognize when specialist input is required and engage the appropriate experts.
- Maintain consistency between discovery findings, the proposed solution, demonstration strategy, and proposal content.
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations based on the customer’s business context and validated requirements.
- Build relevant business scenarios and connect product functionality to expected business outcomes.
- Manage standard customer questions and coordinate follow-up activities.
- Develop Solution Design inputs for proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
- Maintain traceability between customer requirements, proposed capabilities, and supporting content.
- Contribute reusable assets, templates, playbooks, and lessons learned to the Solution Design knowledge base.

- Contribute reusable knowledge, demonstration assets, training content, templates, and process improvements to the wider team.

What Should You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
