Responsibilities
  • Win major retail accounts that generate $10M+ in new revenue within the first year
  • Engage with national retailers with complex final mile needs in furniture, appliances, and home goods
  • Build scalable programs in partnership with operations to ensure execution and service
  • Act as a trusted advisor to solve pain points and shape solutions aligned with customer goals
  • Collaborate across departments to prioritize service, quality, and customer experience
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 5 years in retail logistics, final mile, or transportation services with proven results
  • Established connections with national or regional retailers in home delivery sectors
  • Strong understanding of logistics execution and operational communication
  • Prior experience in logistics or transportation operations is highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Four-year college degree or relevant certifications
  • Experience selling value-based solutions with a focus on execution and service
  • Strong communicator with executive presence and ability to influence decision-makers
  • Results-driven self-starter capable of working independently
  • High ethical standards and commitment to building long-term strategic partnerships
