Sales Director

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic sales leader who owns the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and achieve market expansion targets.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that targets high-value enterprise clients within key sectors.
  • Provide compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals that address client needs and showcase our value proposition.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and close large ticket deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with client needs.
  • Maintain administrative rigor by submitting timely sales reports, forecasts, and documentation to ensure transparency and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SaaS solution selling, cloud computing, and enterprise application software.
  • Successful track record of serviced clients in Banking, Fintech, Financial Services, Insurance, Telco, and Healthcare sectors.
  • Ability to conduct CxO level engagement and secure executive sponsorship for deals.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, with Mandarin speaking preferred.
