- Lead and evaluate a regional sales leadership team of Sales Directors
- Collaborate cross-functionally to establish successful sales programs and initiatives
- Track customer, market, and competitor activity to develop market sales strategies
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- Typically 10+ years of sales and business development experience with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Typically 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably leading first-line managers
- Proven experience with outsourced business-to-business (B2B) services in the SMB market
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proven PEO experience
- Ability to influence C-level executives and drive new client business
- Strong Excel skills for financial analysis and persuasive presentations
- Experience with technology and common software applications, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com
- Demonstrated ability to build a high-performing sales organization
