The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English. We are a software development company that serves clients from multiple countries with differing technological needs. Contractors with a solid understanding of the basic building blocks of today\'s technology are welcome and thrive at Brick Abode. People here are given autonomy and may work on diverse tasks. They are in touch with the business needs of our clients, sometimes directly with them. We challenge ourselves to learn new things and go outside our comfort zone. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field.

Responsibilities
  • Proactive and communicative professional focused on Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes.
  • Work in a dynamic environment with autonomy and responsibility.
  • Engage with the business needs of clients and, when appropriate, communicate with them directly.
  • Collaborate in a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback.
Qualifications
  • Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written), living in Florianópolis – SC, interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work, strong communication skills.
  • Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks, familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets, experience in fast-paced environments or startups, international experience, undergraduate degree, soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.
  • As Contractor (PJ): competitive compensation - R$2.5K (potential to increase to R$5k after 6 months); opportunity to grow as a leader; ability to move between teams; English language requirement for coworkers; 2 weeks of paid leave per year; national holidays; paid parental and marriage leave; training/education expenses covered; remote work; health care plan.
