Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with client teams to identify and assess candidate profiles
  • Screen candidates via calls and emails and update databases
  • Draft and update job descriptions and role specifications
  • Identify talent from various sources
  • Conduct interviews and support administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Fluent English - excellent written and spoken communication
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Computer setup suitable for remote work and high-speed internet
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Familiarity with ATS tools
  • Ability to handle high-volume and hard-to-fill positions
