Responsibilities (Text Only)

Sales Excellence - Collaborates with partners and resources, leveraging customer insights or industry knowledge; explores business and emerging opportunities to optimize the portfolio and support customer innovation.

- Engages with internal and external stakeholders on business planning and rhythm-of-business (ROB) meetings to review and plan for accounts in the assigned territory.

- Manages end-to-end business of the territory; conducts forecasting, develops a portfolio and territory plan to drive strategic, intentional selling.

- Reviews feedback reports, coaches others on customer/partner satisfaction, and establishes recovery action plans to improve client experience; manages sales and delivery success through account and pursuit teams.

Sales Execution

- Collaborates to discover new opportunities; drives revenue growth through campaigns and internal sources; builds pipeline and relationships via social selling.

- Uses Microsoft's sales process (MSP) to assess opportunity quality and decide on proceeding.

- Engages customers to demonstrate how workloads enable digital transformation, understanding their business and priorities.

- Identifies customer needs, collaborates on solutions, and articulates business value.

- Builds stakeholder maps, engages decision makers, and identifies opportunities to increase consumption.

- Implements strategies to accelerate deal closing, coaches team members, and manages deal plans.

Scaling and Collaboration

- Works with One Commercial Partner (OCP) and partners to cross-sell, up-sell, co-sell; supports onboarding and develops joint strategies.

- Uses orchestration to drive deal closure by aligning stakeholders and expanding relationships.

Technical Expertise

- Collaborates with global black belts (GBBs) to analyze competitors and strategize positioning.

Qualifications (Text Only)

Required: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, or related, with 5+ years of sales/account management experience, or 6+ years of experience.

Preferred: Master's Degree and 5+ years of solution sales experience; or Bachelor's with 6+ years, or 8+ years of experience.

- 3+ years of solution or consulting services sales.

- Strong English communication skills; proficiency in Portuguese/Spanish is highly desirable.
