The Team

Our Global Pricing & Market Access (PMA) team at Navlin is a dynamic, international group that combines in-house expertise with real-time intelligence—from pricing and HTA updates to regulatory news—via Navlin's industry-benchmark platform. We deliver strategic, well-informed recommendations on pricing and access for our clients with the support of advanced price-management software and launch-sequence simulation tools. The team is composed of talent from across Europe and operates with a flexible remote-working model, supported by robust IT tools, with satellite offices in London, Berlin, and Milan. The team collaborates closely with Eversana's internal functions—commercial, HEOR, medical affairs, and others—in global launch execution projects.

The Position

The Consultant, Global Pricing and Market Access position will deliver client consultancy projects and manage project-related analytics, data and tools available through Navlin or related primary and secondary research. The Consultant will ensure tasks are delivered on schedule and to the highest quality and value expectations.

The Consultant will lead research and analysis on pricing, market access launch strategy, competitor research, value-based pricing analyses, HTA, and related topics. The role involves identifying client needs, implementing robust strategic and data-driven solutions, and managing workload to prepare client deliverables. The Consultant will contribute to business development through proposal work. Activities are executed under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, primarily remotely; some offices may allow full-time work from the company office.

The role is home office based (full-time) and located in Germany, Remote.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Designing and executing client analyses and deliverables.
  • Developing client reports and presentations and delivering findings to clients.
  • Providing follow-up with clients after project deliverables to ensure satisfaction.
  • Leveraging business experience to identify strategic alternatives and add client value.
  • Developing intellectual property for future engagements.
  • Growing knowledge of consulting methodologies and life science know-how through on-the-job experience and training.
  • Maintaining high attention to quality and detail with strong written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrating strong PowerPoint and Excel skills and ability to present information in a compelling way.
  • Occasional management of junior resources (e.g., associate consultants or interns).
  • Working effectively in a remote environment with limited face-to-face contact with team members and client counterparts, under supervision of a more senior team member.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

  • B.S./B.A in a relevant field (life sciences or economic/managerial sciences, medical engineering).
  • 2–4 years of pharmaceutical/medical health industry experience and/or 2–4 years of management consulting experience.
  • Understanding of life sciences business practices and client issues in relevant segments.
  • Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the market research development process.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative market research skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Ability to structure and analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources to answer business questions and make recommendations.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated self-awareness and accountability.
  • Ability to lead and own personal projects and establish credibility with clients.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of annual work time, mainly for off-site events.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, MPH).
  • Background in International Pricing and Market Access, analytics and forecasting to lead Global Pricing and Market Access projects for key clients.
  • 2+ years of management consulting experience.
