Responsibilities
  • Lead budget and renewal analyses, developing client-ready financial models and pricing scenarios for health coverage changes.
  • Provide actionable insights, recommendations, and support to consultants in presenting financial data and renewal strategies to clients.
  • Create, update, and maintain underwriting, rating, and contribution models; train colleagues as needed.
  • Collaborate in obtaining and interpreting new carrier product information for accurate pricing and client renewals.
  • Conduct peer reviews of client deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications
  • Hold active State Life & Health Licenses with strong expertise in employee benefits.
  • Possess advanced knowledge of financial arrangements and underwriting principles for health programs.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with high attention to detail.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments.
  • Experience presenting complex information effectively.
