What to Expect
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver implementations and expert services engagements
  • Assist the Project Manager in managing client expectations and clarifying project objectives
  • Oversee the build process and ensure successful project delivery by junior team members
  • Troubleshoot problems efficiently and provide quality assurance on project deliverables
  • Track progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager on project status and obstacles
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience implementing enterprise Income Tax software applications in a consulting role
  • Experience leading project teams or managing direct reports
  • Ability to document technical and functional requirements effectively
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to engage with clients and project teams at all levels
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with implementing key enterprise applications, including ERP, EAM, and CRM
  • Knowledge of corporate income tax accounting, including Tax Provision and Property Tax
  • Familiarity with advanced Excel functions, including macros and pivot tables
  • Strong technical background with advanced SQL and database skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
