Overview

Hiring Assistant role at Brick Abode. We are a software development company serving clients from multiple countries with differing technological needs.

Contractors with a solid understanding of the basic building blocks of today's technology are welcome and thrive at Brick Abode. You will have autonomy, may work on multiple areas, and interact with client business needs when appropriate. This position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily English communication.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in hiring and talent hunting activities and support people operations and administrative processes.
  • Communicate with internal teams and, when needed, with clients to understand business needs.
  • Contribute to process improvements and data management in a fast-paced environment.
What you need to have to apply
  • Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); living in Florianópolis – SC; interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills.
  • Nice-to-haves: Previous administrative or service-related experience; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; undergraduate degree.

As Contractor (PJ), you will have
  • Competitive compensation - R$2.5K with possibility to increase to R$5k after 6 months
