Full Spectrum Search Group is a U.S.-based executive search firm specializing in post-acute healthcare. We are hiring a AI Operations & Automation Lead to improve how technology, automation, data, and workflows support our growing business.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can understand a business problem, identify the right solution, and build it. The answer will not always be AI — it may involve workflow redesign, automation, internal apps, APIs, MCP, scripting, integrations, or a combination of technologies.
What You'll Do
- Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability
- Translate business problems into clear technical solutions and project plans
- Build automations, integrations, internal tools, and AI-enabled workflows
- Develop lightweight apps and prototypes using low-code/no-code tools, scripting, APIs, and related technologies
- Improve how information moves between systems and how important business data is captured and used
- Partner with recruiting, data, marketing, and leadership teams to build solutions that fit real workflows
- Evaluate technical options, tradeoffs, costs, and limitations
- Balance quick operational wins with larger strategic infrastructure projects
What We're Looking For
- Experience in business systems, workflow automation, internal tools, solutions engineering, product operations, or a related field
- Strong understanding of AI and automation, including when not to use them
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, MCP, integrations, scripting, and low-code/no-code development
- Strong analytical and process-mapping skills
- Ability to turn ambiguous business problems into practical solutions
- Strong communication skills with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, prioritize projects, and consistently ship finished solutions
The Right Person
You can move comfortably between strategy and execution.
You ask good questions before building, challenge assumptions when needed, and are comfortable telling leadership when a simpler solution makes more sense.
At the same time, you are hands-on. You do not just recommend solutions — you help build and implement them.
