About us
Agendor was born with the aim to foster valuable relationships between salespeople and customers, managers and their teams, and society at large.
Through a Sales Tools Ecosystem, thousands of professionals are moving away from spreadsheets, gaining greater visibility and control over their businesses.
We've been impacting the market of over 2 million SMBs since 2012 and growing sustainably. More than 15,000 companies and 30,000 people use the platform in their routine. Our goal is to deliver the most practical, didactic, and accessible solution to these professionals, helping them achieve their goals.
The opportunity
Agendor is hiring AI Engineers to research, evaluate, and apply new AI capabilities to products that help B2B sales teams work with more focus, intelligence, and less manual effort.
This opportunity is initially available for a nine-month research engagement, with two possible weekly commitments:
40 hours per week
25 hours per week
The role is structured through a FAPESP research fellowship. It is not a CLT employment relationship, and eligibility requirements apply according to the selected fellowship modality.
What you will do
You will work on applied AI research and experimentation, turning promising ideas into clear evidence and practical learning for Agendor’s products.
Your activities may include:
Researching and experimenting with new AI models, methods, and architectures.
Evaluating agent harnesses, developer tools, and AI systems.
Designing experiments involving agent memory, context management, planning, and self-improvement techniques.
Creating hypotheses, evaluation criteria, and experimental protocols.
Documenting findings clearly and communicating results to technical and business stakeholders.
Supporting the practical application of validated learnings in Agendor’s products, including Ava, Agendor’s AI Sales Agent.
Collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams on opportunities where AI can generate real value for B2B sales teams.
The final scope of activities will follow the official fellowship research plan.
