Responsive Web Designer (Figma) at BairesDev

What You'll Do:

• - Create high-fidelity prototypes and interface designs optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile viewing.
• - Establish comprehensive design systems and component libraries to ensure visual consistency throughout products.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to translate user requirements into functional layouts.
• - Apply user-centered design principles to optimize navigation flow and maximize digital product engagement.
• - Review developed web implementations to guarantee accurate rendering and alignment with the original design vision.

What we are looking for:

• - 5+ years of experience in Web Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
• - Proven expertise in responsive web design and creating digital interfaces.
• - Advanced proficiency in Figma for high-fidelity designs and prototyping.
• - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and cross-functional collaboration.
• - Advanced proficiency in English.
