- Lead the evolution of the company’s AI initiatives, taking projects from the pilot stage to scalable, sustainable operations with proven business impact
- Take ownership of AI initiatives already underway
- Define priorities, metrics, and tracking criteria for existing workstreams
- Establish governance, planning, and decision-making processes
- Implement routines for tracking and monitoring results
- Ensure projects progress from experimentation to effective operation
- Identify new opportunities to apply AI within the operation
- Map real business challenges and propose high-impact solutions
- Conduct rapid, low-cost tests to validate hypotheses
- Build and prioritize a backlog of AI initiatives
- Present recommendations to leadership, including impact and effort estimates
- Influence stakeholders, coordinate initiatives, and ensure delivery execution without directly managing people
Requirements
- Knowledge of Generative AI tools
- Knowledge of AI agents and intelligent assistants
- Knowledge of no-code and low-code automation
- Knowledge of prompt engineering applied to business tasks
- Knowledge of backlog prioritization, experimentation, and continuous improvement
- Experience in technology companies or environments with a strong culture of innovation (a plus)
- Previous experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Digital Transformation Specialist, or AI Lead (a plus)
- Track record of implementing AI solutions in production environments (a plus)
- Basic knowledge of systems integration or data analysis (a plus)
- Track record of using AI to solve business, process, or operational challenges
- Experience leading transformation, product, automation, or innovation initiatives
- Ability to build processes from the ground up and mobilize teams without formal authority
- Experience working in dynamic environments with a high degree of autonomy
- Analytical, curious, and execution-oriented mindset
- Experience measuring results and developing success metrics
