RESPONSIBILITIES

Software Engineering

  1. Write high-quality, well-documented, efficient, tested, and maintainable code
  2. Ensure and improve observability and monitoring of applications
  3. Learn new programming languages as needed
  4. Actively focus on enhancing application security, performance, and stability
  5. Conduct (and receive) high-quality code reviews for team members

Execution & Results

  1. Estimate and plan deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and the product team
  2. Work with loosely defined or ambiguous requirements to refine solutions alongside the product team, stakeholders, and other team members
  3. Develop incremental solutions with the product team to drive continuous improvement and delivery of applications
  4. Prioritize automated testing, including E2E tests, to ensure application stability
  5. Monitor and respond to production incidents effectively

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST HAVE:

  1. Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview);
  2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, related fields, or equivalent practical experience
  3. Experience in architecture and development of distributed systems
  4. Proficiency with technologies such as React, , AWS, and design systems
  5. Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  6. Experience in writing automated tests for backend and frontend services

NICE TO HAVE:

  1. Experience with design tools like Figma
  2. Experience in developing projects from scratch, including architecture definition and documentation
  3. Knowledge of building low- or high-fidelity screen prototypes
  4. Experience with CI/CD pipelines for frontend using GitHub Actions and AWS
