Responsibilities
- Oversee professional development programs for teachers and staff.
- Develop and implement training and development strategies.
- Monitor and report on program performance and metrics.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to support professional learning.
- Provide training and support to staff on professional development best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in professional development program management.
- Proven track record of successful professional development initiatives.
