We are looking for a strategic and creative Growth Marketing Manager to champion our brand and drive growth in Brazil. You'll partner with the sales team to generate qualified leads and help close deals. You'll lead the Brazil marketing playbook—from local events to digital campaigns—with a self-starter mindset to expand our market presence. This role is 80% focused on Brazil growth and 20% on communications, with a quarterly budget to drive initiatives that generate ROI. Success is measured by impact on the business through creative, resourceful strategies. The role is based in São Paulo, Brazil, full-time, with a hybrid schedule requiring 2-3 days in the office at JK Iguatemi.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Brazil's growth: design and launch campaigns across channels (ABM, influencer marketing, events, digital) to exceed lead gen goals and strengthen brand presence.
  • Be the sales sidekick: partner with the sales team by hosting exclusive networking events, creating compelling sales materials, and acting as the go-to marketing partner to help close deals.
  • Manage the marketing budget: strategically allocate Brazil-only spend to fuel growth, generate a strong pipeline, and deliver ROI.
  • Drive adoption through communications: develop and execute multi-channel communication strategies to drive usage and move leads through the funnel; monitor email open and click-through rates and report results.
  • Launch products with a bang: collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager to announce new product launches to the target audience.
  • Manage critical communications: handle reactive updates (e.g., changes to Terms & Conditions) with clear, timely messaging.
  • Capture customer stories: engage with customers to collect testimonials and create compelling video case studies.
What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of B2B growth experience with a versatile marketing playbook; deep understanding of the financial services industries in LATAM; comfortable with local events and digital campaigns.
  • Strategic and collaborative mindset: thrives in cross-functional environments and partners with global teams to translate insights into impactful marketing.
  • Communications expertise: experience creating multi-channel campaigns and improving email open and click rates; skilled in tracking and reporting results.
  • HubSpot familiarity: proficient with HubSpot to execute and measure campaigns.
  • AI-powered mindset: excited about using AI tools to brainstorm ideas, personalize campaigns, or enhance analytics.
  • Trilingual: English, Spanish, and Portuguese fluency is required.
  • Based in São Paulo: located in São Paulo, Brazil for a hybrid role (2-3 days/week in office).
