Como Líder de Equipe de Engenharia de Software, você será responsável por:
- Liderança de Equipe: Liderar, orientar e inspirar a equipe de engenheiros de software, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo e de alto desempenho.
- Gestão de Projetos: Gerenciar prazos, prioridades e recursos dos projetos para garantir entregas pontuais e dentro do orçamento.
- Orientação Técnica: Fornecer orientação técnica, expertise e revisar códigos para garantir a qualidade do software e conformidade com as melhores práticas.
- Arquitetura e Design: Contribuir para as decisões arquitetônicas e o design dos sistemas de software, garantindo escalabilidade, desempenho e facilidade de manutenção.
- Colaboração: Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes multifuncionais, incluindo gerentes de produto, designers e QA, para garantir alinhamento com os objetivos e requisitos dos projetos.
- Resolução de Problemas: Auxiliar na solução de problemas complexos e no troubleshooting, oferecendo suporte e expertise à equipe.
- Melhoria Contínua: Avaliar e aprimorar continuamente processos, ferramentas e metodologias de desenvolvimento para aumentar a produtividade da equipe.
- Mentoria: Apoiar o crescimento profissional da equipe, incentivando o desenvolvimento de habilidades e progresso na carreira.
- Qualidade do Código: Assegurar a qualidade, manutenibilidade e documentação do código por meio da definição e aplicação de padrões de codificação.
- Gestão de Riscos: Identificar e mitigar riscos nos projetos, abordando desafios e gargalos de forma proativa.
- Experiência comprovada como engenheiro de software, com um histórico sólido de desenvolvimento bem-sucedido de software.
- Forte conhecimento técnico em uma ou mais linguagens de programação e tecnologias relevantes, como .NET ou equivalente, Microservices e comunicação síncrona e assíncrona.
- Experiência em liderança e gestão de projetos, com capacidade de guiar e motivar uma equipe.
- Excelentes habilidades de resolução de problemas e comunicação.
- Familiaridade com as melhores práticas de desenvolvimento de software, incluindo metodologias Ágeis.
- Habilidades organizacionais sólidas e capacidade de gerenciar múltiplos projetos simultaneamente.
- Conhecimento em padrões de design de software, arquitetura e escalabilidade de sistemas.
- Experiência com sistemas de controle de versão e ferramentas de gestão de projetos.
