Client Impact
  • Lead client engagements across various industries and problem statements.
  • Develop analytics strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value.
  • Manage relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders, assessing client agendas, internal culture, and change readiness.
Team Collaboration & Culture
  • Lead teams to generate insights and sound business recommendations, delivering impactful presentations while fostering team growth.
  • Provide analytical and project leadership, creating a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope projects, develop solutions, and build intellectual capital.
  • Mentor junior consultants through training and coaching.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree with experience in data, analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
  • Experience managing teams and client relationships.
  • Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.
  • Proficiency with data analytics software (e.g., Python, R, SQL, SAS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Eligibility to work and travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional experience with Hadoop, Impala, Hive, or PySpark.
  • Experience in innovation and industry-specific expertise.
  • Master's degree in relevant fields (not mandatory).
