About the RoleJob Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute quality control programs to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Analyze quality data and propose improvement suggestions to enhance product quality.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of quality management policies and processes.
  • Participate in supply chain management to ensure supplier quality meets requirements.
  • Assist in training and guiding other employees to improve the overall team's quality awareness.
Hiring Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree or higher, with preference given to applicants with a relevant professional background.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in quality management.
  • Proficient in quality management tools and methods, such as Six Sigma.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills and logical thinking ability.
