Position Summary

In the position of Sr Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the strategic marketing direction of the brands, supporting and managing marketing objectives, strategies, and philosophies. You will also oversee the creation, planning, execution, recap, and post-evaluation of marketing events and programs, integrating all platforms.

Essential Job Functions
  • Embed the brands organically into relevant Sports, Gaming, Music & Culture through appropriate associations and platforms to develop insightful ideas. Identify key national intellectual properties to activate the brand among the target audience.
  • Identify and align key performance indicators for strategic pillars, ensure quarterly execution, and track/report performance, suggesting adjustments as needed.
  • Plan and guide execution models for strategic pillars, oversee activation as per plan, and ensure standards of activation and engagement are met.
  • Manage marketing contracts, support revisions, coordinate with global counterparts, and clarify nuances for seamless approval.
  • Manage relationships with national athletes, ambassadors, and influencers to promote brand awareness and engagement through earned media.
  • Work on digital activities, promotions, and content videos.
  • Present and align quarterly national plans, incorporate feedback, and guide regional teams to meet global standards.
  • Negotiate exclusivity and deliverables with agencies and strategic partners to leverage sampling and sales opportunities.
  • Ensure branding and logo use are appropriate and approved at all events and activations.
  • Complete handovers with execution plans, toolkits, and clear deliverables.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Preferably an MBA.
  • Over 10 years of experience in marketing and project management.
  • Over 10 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Fluent English language skills preferred.
