Diferencial (L6 – mais sênior):
liderança de
projetos estratégicos
de marketing digital, coordenação de equipes multifuncionais, gestão robusta de stakeholders e visão estratégica de ponta a ponta.
Experiência requerida: 7+ anos em marketing digital
, incluindo
3–4 anos
liderando projetos/equipes.


Responsabilidades (para ambos)

  • Definir e implementar campanhas e estratégias digitais baseadas em dados.
  • Conduzir projetos end-to-end, cumprindo prazos e orçamentos.
  • Colaborar com times internos/externos para maximizar impacto de negócio.
  • Analisar resultados e otimizar continuamente iniciativas de marketing.


Requisitos comuns

  • Formação em Marketing/Publicidade/Comunicação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em marketing integrado com forte foco digital.
  • Excelente comunicação e gestão de clientes em estrutura matricial.
  • Inglês intermediário.
