Simpalm is hiring a 
Senior Project Manager & Executive Operations Partner
 to support the CEO of a fast-growing U.S. technology and education company.

This is a 
strategic, high-impact role
 that combines project management, business operations, and cross-functional leadership. You'll work directly with the CEO to turn strategic goals into actionable plans — leading initiatives, improving processes, and ensuring organizational alignment.

If you're a proactive, bilingual professional (English–Spanish) with strong business acumen and 8–10+ years of experience managing executive-level projects, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Project Management

  • Translate the CEO's strategic goals into actionable projects and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead planning, execution, and tracking of key initiatives across departments.
  • Develop project frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor progress.
  • Anticipate risks, remove blockers, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Align resources and priorities between leadership and functional teams.

Executive Operations & Business Integration

  • Partner closely with the CEO to manage day-to-day operations and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, quarterly reviews, and key decision-making sessions.
  • Synthesize complex information into clear updates, reports, and presentations.
  • Support business planning, OKR tracking, and internal process improvement.
  • Manage confidential communications and stakeholder relationships with discretion and integrity

Tools & Technology

  • Manage projects through tools such as 
    Asana, , or ClickUp
    .
  • Leverage 
    CRM systems
     (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) for partner and pipeline management.
  • Use 
    Google Workspace
    , 
    Slack
    , and reporting tools to create structured visibility for leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • 8–10+ years
     of experience in project management, business operations, or strategy.
  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives or managing multi-department projects.
  • Excellent communication in 
    English (C1/C2)
     and strong Spanish fluency.
  • Proficiency in 
    Asana, , ClickUp, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Workspace.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable in fast-paced, remote environments.
