Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experiencedSenior Project Manager (Senior PM)to lead the design and delivery of a large-scalemalt factory projectinSao Paolo, Brazil.This is a critical role requiring strong leadership, process and procurement management expertise, and proven experience in managing large industrial projects, preferably in malt or similar food/process manufacturing facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the full project lifecycle from design development to construction and commissioning.Serve as the main point of contact between Client Head Office and all project stakeholders (design teams, contractors, suppliers, local authorities).Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.Drive and supervise procurement strategies, contract negotiations, and tender processes.Coordinate and monitor engineering design and process integration, ensuring technical compliance with industry standards.Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards.Prepare and present regular progress reports to the client's senior management.Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams and external consultants.Ensure proper handover, commissioning, and operational readiness of the new facility.Requirements & QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.20+ years of experience managing large-scale industrial or process plant projects (preferably in malt or food/beverage processing facilities).Strong expertise in project procurement, contract administration, and stakeholder management.Proven track record of delivering projects >USD 100M from design through construction to completion.Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.Fluent in English (Portuguese or French would be a plus).Willingness to be based in Brazil for the project duration.Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted by our HR team.
