About The Role
We are looking for an innovative and skilled AI Developer to join our team. Whether you're an expert in building AI-driven features or someone who leverages AI tools to supercharge development workflows, we want to hear from you.
This role offers flexibility based on your strengths. We're open to two types of profiles:
AI Feature Developer
You have hands-on experience building AI models, integrating ML/AI capabilities into products, or fine-tuning LLMs for production environments.
Agentic Developer / AI-Augmented Coder
You're proficient at using AI agents and tools to design, code, test, or optimize applications, helping accelerate development cycles and enhance quality.
Must Have
- Strong programming experience with Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Proven track record building or integrating AI/ML features or using AI tools to enhance software development workflows
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with LLMs, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or similar tools
- Familiarity with prompt engineering or autonomous agents
- Knowledge of AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face
- Understanding of CI/CD practices and Git-based workflows
