Organize, plan, and monitor the Food and Beverage Service, including setting up and supervising the mise-en-place of the restaurant or customer dishes. Check maintenance of equipment and utensils related to food service. Coordinate and train the team to maintain standardized service quality. Evaluate team performance and provide feedback to foster a high-performance professional team.
