We are looking for a Business Analyst who wants to learn and grow. The role focuses on mobility/systems integration projects, with knowledge of agile methods and management tools (Jira, Azure Boards). Experience in developing test cases and validating functional requirements is valued; experience with OCR, EDI, or logistics is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit and document requirements, map processes, and define acceptance criteria. Act as QA in the final phase to ensure delivery meets business requirements.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Map delivery and invoice processing flows, integrating entry (app) and exit (EDI) points.
  • Document integrations, data formats, and business rules.
  • Define PoC success metrics and criteria.
  • Create and validate test cases in the final phase; report defects and monitor fixes with the technical team.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a BA in mobility and/or systems integration projects.
  • Knowledge of agile methods and management tools (Jira, Azure Boards).
  • Ability to develop test cases and validate functional requirements.
  • Advantage: experience with OCR, EDI, or logistics.
