APPLY TODAY Full-Time Remote Collection Specialist

We are currently seeking Full-Time Remote Collection Specialists with a base pay of $15-$18 per hour, plus monthly performance-based commission.

Position: We will provide you with the tools, knowledge, and training to become successful in your role. This position is responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls with consumers regarding their balance and working with them toward payment or resolution.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Schedule: Varies Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm CST/9:00am-6:00pm EST
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to actively listen and speak clearly
  • Proficient with basic computer operations and software
  • Strong active listening and effective communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable internet connection suitable for remote work

Preferred:

  • 2 years of Customer Service, Call Center, and Collection experience
  • Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Negotiating skills

Salary Description

$15-18/hr.
