Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day activities related to vendor master creation and updates
  • Ensure proper approval and documentation for vendor master records
  • Identify and address gaps or inefficiencies in the vendor master process
  • Provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders on vendor master standards
  • Assist with 1099 support during tax season and throughout the year
Qualifications
  • Proven work experience in accounts payable vendor master
  • Minimum of five years of related experience
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and vendor master requirements based on IRS regulations
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with vendor data records, spreadsheets, and accounting software
  • Experience using IRS TIN Matching or similar tools
  • Familiarity with Coupa and SAP systems
