Hiring Assistant

• Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); Living in Florianópolis – SC; Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work; Strong communication skills.
• Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; Experience in fast-paced environments or startups; International experience; Undergraduate degree.
• Soft skills: Proactivity; Problem-solving mindset; Clear and effective communication.

• Contractor (PJ) with competitive compensation of R$2.5K, with potential to increase to R$5K after 6 months.
• Work with international clients and standards; opportunities to grow as a leader; potential to move between teams.
• Hybrid work arrangement in Florianópolis with daily English communication.
