You will be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback. The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.

Responsibilities
  • Proactive and communicative professional focused on Hiring, talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes.
  • Thrive in dynamic environments, be detail-oriented, and solve problems with autonomy and responsibility.
  • Engage with the business needs of clients and, when appropriate, communicate with them directly.
  • Contribute to an evolving HR/operations function within a growing company.
Qualifications
  • Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); Living in Florianópolis – SC; Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work; Strong communication skills.
  • Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; Experience in fast-paced environments or startups; International experience; Undergraduate degree.
  • Soft skills: Proactivity; Problem-solving mindset; Clear and effective communication.
Employment details
  • Contractor (PJ) with competitive compensation of R$2.5K, with potential to increase to R$5K after 6 months.
  • Work with international clients and standards; opportunities to grow as a leader; potential to move between teams.
  • Hybrid work arrangement in Florianópolis with daily English communication.
