What kind of professional are we looking for? We are seeking a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. Someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems with autonomy and responsibility. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field. Responsibilities
  • Engage in proactive hiring activities and talent hunting.
  • Assist with people operations and administrative processes.
  • Communicate with clients and team members to understand staffing needs.
  • Support HR operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What you need to apply

  • English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Living in Florianópolis – SC
  • Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work
  • Strong communication skills
    • Nice-to-haves
    • Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks
    • Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets
    • Experience in fast-paced environments or startups
