We have an open position in the Foreign Trade and Logistics area.
We are looking for an organized, proactive professional with a strong process-oriented mindset, who enjoys operational routines, negotiation, and direct interaction with international clients and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Support daily logistics and import activities
- Align processes with suppliers, foreign agents, and customs brokers
- Provide clear and efficient support to customers, issuing quotations and shipping documents
- Negotiate with suppliers
- Complete and manage spreadsheets, reports, and operational documents accurately
- Monitor performance indicators related to import operations
Requirements
- Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
- Strong communication skills and high level of organization
- Proactive profile with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Desirable knowledge of international trade legislation and procedures
- Analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
