Reconocida compañía líder a nivel mundial de AI está en búsqueda de su Software Engineering Specialist Human Data en Remoto que elevará la calidad de nuestros modelos creando y curando datos y corrigiendo código de nivel producción.

Reportando directamente al Human Data Lead/Engineering Lead, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

¿Qué harás en esta posición?
  • Curar, crear y anotar datasets (texto, voz y video) para entrenar y evaluar LLMs.
  • Revisar, depurar y mejorar código generado por IA para asegurar eficiencia, escalabilidad y confiabilidad.
  • Colaborar con equipos técnicos para elevar benchmarks y prácticas de ingeniería.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?
  • Inglés avanzado y fundamentos sólidos de CS (estructuras de datos, algoritmos, debugging).
  • 2+ años de experiencia en Python o JavaScript preferiblemente (React es un plus); evidencia en GitHub/proyectos reales.
  • Experiencia con DB/SQL y familiaridad con algunos de: Kubernetes, Spark, Kafka, gRPC, AWS.
  • Comodidad con tareas de Human Data: anotación y, cuando se requiera, grabación de audio/video.
