Your role at Hostinger: System Administrator Manager in the Product team. You will lead the SysAdmin Brazilian team, ensuring team health, hiring top talent, and enabling their success. You will own product delivery and seek continuous productivity improvements. Collaboration with Lithuanian and Indonesian SysAdmin teams, developers, engineers, and product managers is essential.

Your Skills And Experience:

  • Support enterprise Linux environments, resolving system issues for 3+ years.
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams for 1+ years.
  • Understand on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
  • English proficiency C1 - C2.
  • Passionate about Linux, IT, engineering, and people, with a continuous learning mindset.

Your day-to-day:

  • Maintain Hostinger's Web Hosting Monitoring team readiness.
  • Provide long-term engineering solutions for hosting services.
  • Coach and onboard new team members, providing leadership.
  • Make technical decisions and guide the team.
  • Analyze system performance and resolve issues.
  • Plan and achieve KPIs, improving team efficiency.
  • Automate deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support processes.
  • Identify and advise on service problems from clients.
  • Monitor and optimize performance using tools like Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Ansible.
  • Ensure uptime of core services.
  • Follow retention and downtime procedures.
