This position requires a strong understanding of financial valuation principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives such as M&A, joint ventures, and other business development projects.**Business Development Support:** Lead and provide support for complex strategic level decisions with expert analysis appropriate for SLT and Board level audiences.* Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business development activities, including valuations, scenario analysis, and forecasting.* Lead and conduct thorough financial due diligence and analysis of target companies.* Conduct peer group analyses and valuations and create peer comparison reports.* Collaborate with the business development teams to identify potential acquisition targets and assess their financial performance.* Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.* Analyze financial statements, market trends, and industry data to support strategic decision-making.* Assist in the preparation of investment proposals and business cases for potential acquisitions.* Monitor and report on the post-transaction financial performance of acquired companies.* Support transaction stages from pre-signing through post-closing activities.* Provide insights and recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business development process.**Special Projects and Ad hoc Reporting Requests:** Partner with leadership to respond to inquiries or ad hoc requests which require analytical support. Lead and/or provide support for the development of complex one-time analytics as well as to help to deep dive into complex issues affecting assigned partner teamsOther job duties and projects as assigned.**Requirements*** Bachelor's Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related field* Experience in financial analysis, modeling, and valuations, preferably in a business development or M&A context.* Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, to prioritize, and adapt to a changing environment.* Self-starter with the ability and drive to independently frame problems and attack the work at hand.* Strong computer skills, which includes proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Teams.* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software tools.* English Advanced* Administrativo (segunda a sexta) – Híbrido com a presença de 2 a 3 vezes por semana no escritório* Convênio Médico;* Convênio Odontológico;* Vale Transporte* Seguro de Vida;* PPR (Programa de Participação Resultados);* Previdência Privada;* Convênio com Academia;* Vale Alimentação e Refeição* Programa de Assistência ao Empregado (Apoiar);* Programa Bem Estar (Wellness);* Licença Maternidade Estendida e Paternidade* Auxílio Material Escolar \*\*;*\*Benefício pode alterar de acordo com localidade.**\*\*Benefício para filhos de 5 a 13 anos incompletos*
