Junior Lawyer – Litigation

• Monitor civil and labor litigation and administrative proceedings, tracking case developments, deadlines, and publications, and reporting to leadership
• Register and keep cases up to date in internal litigation management systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Prepare periodic portfolio monitoring reports, including case developments, provisions, and risk updates, consolidating information from external law firms
• Support the review of pleadings prepared by external law firms under the guidance of leadership
• Organize and manage documents, evidence, and relevant information for ongoing cases
• Support coordination with external law firms by providing the information and documents required to handle matters
• Support internal departments in gathering information for the preparation of defenses and litigation strategies

Requirements

• Experience with civil and/or labor litigation in a legal department or law firm
• Knowledge of Civil Law, Civil Procedure, and Labor Law
• Experience monitoring judicial and administrative proceedings
• Experience preparing reports and managing case portfolios
• Willingness to work with litigation management systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to procedural deadlines
