Responsibilities- Responsible for preparing and registering all benefits in payroll systems in a timely and qualitive manner, in line with group procedures, internal control and local laws.
- Understand the payroll system of your country as well as interface with HRIS and accounting systems.
- Responsible for the Time Off administration: absences, sickness, maternity, paternity, work accident.
- Responsible for reporting any issue to the PandB specialist or to the PandB manager (HRIS reporting, accounting problem, payroll software problem)
- HR degree or related areas.
- Fluent in local language for officers in countries.
- Knowledge of a local legislation is a must.
- Good knowledge on payroll activities: regular tasks, registration
- Experience with payrolling
- Knowledge of current payroll software is a must
