Responsibilities
  • Responsible for preparing and registering all benefits in payroll systems in a timely and qualitive manner, in line with group procedures, internal control and local laws.
  • Understand the payroll system of your country as well as interface with HRIS and accounting systems.
  • Responsible for the Time Off administration: absences, sickness, maternity, paternity, work accident.
  • Responsible for reporting any issue to the PandB specialist or to the PandB manager (HRIS reporting, accounting problem, payroll software problem)
Education
  • HR degree or related areas.
  • Fluent in local language for officers in countries.
  • Knowledge of a local legislation is a must.
Experience
  • Good knowledge on payroll activities: regular tasks, registration
  • Experience with payrolling
  • Knowledge of current payroll software is a must
  • Analytical and reporting skills
  • Confidentiality skill
  • Team spirit
