O Gerente de Projetos gerencia as equipes envolvidas em iniciativas de Transformação Digital para nossos clientes. Essa posição se reporta ao nosso Líder Regional de Sucesso do Cliente e requer colaboração direta com diversos papéis, como Desenvolvedores de Software, Testadores, Gerentes de Produto e Equipes de Negócios.
O Que Você Fará- Ser a face e a voz da equipe no envolvimento de consultoria
- Ser responsável pelos processos e protocolos seguidos pela equipe para colaboração entre si e com outras equipes;
- Monitorar continuamente o progresso da equipe para garantir a entrega do projeto conforme as expectativas das partes interessadas, orientando a equipe sempre que houver lacunas;
- Comunicar-se de forma clara e eficaz em todos os níveis, tanto dentro quanto na organização do cliente;
- Trabalhar com outros membros e com a gestão para identificar e melhorar a eficiência dos processos, tanto no cliente quanto internamente.
Experiência que você trará:
- Experiência em projetos de Tecnologia;
- Bom conhecimento tanto do framework Ágil SCRUM quanto da metodologia em cascata (waterfall);
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita em inglês;
- Boa compreensão técnica, permitindo acompanhar e direcionar conversas com detalhes técnicos;
- Capacidade de utilizar de forma eficaz ferramentas de gerenciamento de projetos, como Gantter e Microsoft Project;
- Capacidade de utilizar de forma eficaz ferramentas de monitoramento de progresso de projetos, como Jira.
